The Birth of APRISE Learning
A Journey to Transform Education
APRISE Learning began with a personal struggle. As a mother, I saw my children, bright and curious, fall through the cracks of a system that didn’t nurture their talents. They weren’t alone. I saw so many kids, especially from underserved backgrounds, being held back by an education system that didn’t meet their needs.
This wasn’t just about grades—it was about their confidence, their love of learning, and their future. I couldn’t accept that these barriers were simply the way things were.
A Mission to Bridge the Gap
I founded APRISE Learning to make a difference. Through my journey from Armenia to the United States, and with the experience I gained at Columbia and Northwestern, I saw firsthand how many K-12 educational systems overlook the unique potential of each child. Too many students, especially in STEM and financial literacy, are left without the skills they need to succeed in life.
At APRISE, we are here to give every child a fair chance, no matter their background. By focusing on hands-on learning and real-world problem-solving, our mission is clear: to turn learning struggles into moments of pride, where every achievement builds the confidence needed for the future.
